Key Features

Sight - Visually Appealing
The ShorePhone IP telephones have been architected to ergonomic perfection - sleek lines and a powdered aluminum cover (560g / 560) invites you to take a test drive. The unique curved surface allows the keys to be on a horizontal plane for easy dialing while the display is at a clear viewing angle - without the need for clumsy, twisting screens. The LCD screen is backlit (IP 560g / 560) for easy viewing. And the large, round cavity lets you know there is a speakerphone engine waiting to be revved. Color lit control buttons for headset, speaker and mute give you clear feedback and allow you to quickly change from handset, headset and speakerphone. And the little details - like a message waiting light viewable from the back - add up to a phone that is a site to be seen.

Touch - Comfortable to Use
The weight of the handset is balanced, a rubber over-molding provides an easy grip and an indentation on the back provides a perfect placed landing spot for your finger. All the keys on the phones offer a progressive, tactile feel.

Sound - Outstanding, Hi-Output Performance
All our IP phones feature a wideband audio codec delivering seven octaves of range instead of the three octaves associated with traditional phone systems. Voice quality is so clear it is like the other person is standing right next to you! The IP 560g, IP 560, IP 230, and IP 212k speakerphones have been engineered by acoustic professionals. The large speaker cavity delivers a rich sound and generous volume. And with a preciously positioned microphone, the other parties will think you are talking on the handset when you are really enjoying the freedom of the speakerphone.

Directory
With the IP 560g, IP 560, IP 230 and IP 212k, directory dialing is fully integrated with the system offering rapid dialing. System directories are automatically populated into the telephone and users can be found by entering the first few digits matching their name and the system "hones in" on your desired party.

History
An integrated call history on the IP 560g, IP 560, IP 230 and IP 212k highlights when you miss a call and allows you to quickly scroll through and return calls.

Programmable Buttons
The ShoreTel system provides highly flexible, programmable buttons for the BB 24 as well as the IP 560g, IP 560, IP 230 and IP 212k. Features like "transfer using intercom", "record", and "monitor" can be assigned to buttons. Features can be programmed with an optional extension to provide single button feature access. And with delayed ringing, users can have new call alerts completely turned off for monitored extensions or have alerts delayed for a certain number of ring cycles. With Caller ID display control, presence information about monitored users can also be hidden for privacy reasons.

Personal Options
In addition to desktop and web software, the IP phone allows you to manage your personal options by simply pressing the "options" button on the phone (except the IP 110). You can change call handling, set your off-hook preferences, adjust ring tones, program buttons and change agent state. And with a single (IP 560g, IP 560 and IP 230) or double (IP 212k) button press, you can quickly change your call handling to "In a meeting" or "Out of the office."
