DC Telecommunications Ltd. was recently selected from among hundreds of business telephony dealers across the United States and Canada to receive the Samsung Craftsmanship Award. This award honors DC Tel for consistently placing customers first and for our skilled leadership, shared insights, and expertise in delivering quality customer solutions that strengthen the Samsung BCS business relationship. This year's 12 winners include well-established dealers with decades-long relationships as well as recent additions to the Samsung dealer network.

The award was presented to DC Tel by Doug Wonson, Vice President and General Manager of Samsung BCS, during the banquet gala at the 1st Annual Samsung Dealer Advantage Meeting held May 29-31 in Irving, TX. The meeting brought Samsung dealers and strategic partners from throughout North America together to share best practices, discuss new technologies, and preview new and affordable solutions to common problems facing small and medium-sized businesses.
